द्विभुजं रक्तपद्मस्थं सुगलं रक्तवाससं । सर्वरक्ताभरणं ध्यात्वा हस्ताभ्यां पुष्पं विधृतसंघ्रायैशान्यां क्षिपेत्

Indem man die zweiarme Gottheit auf einem roten Lotus meditiert—wohlgestaltet, in rote Gewänder gekleidet und mit ganz roten Schmuckstücken geschmückt—halte man eine Blume mit beiden Händen, rieche sie als Opfergabe und werfe sie nach Nordosten (Īśāna).
