FAQs

Tārkṣya goes to his father and reports the full account; the father, pleased on hearing it, prepares to respond to his son.

It shows knowledge being transmitted through respectful family dialogue—reporting, hearing, and then a clarifying reply—typical of Purāṇic frame-narratives.

It implies sincerity in reporting (telling “everything in full”) and attentive listening, leading to wise and supportive guidance from elders.
