प्राणायामत्रयं कृत्वा गायत्रीं संजपेदिद्वजः । अनेनैव जपेद्यस्तु महापातकसंचयः
prāṇāyāmatrayaṃ kṛtvā gāyatrīṃ saṃjapedidvajaḥ | anenaiva japedyastu mahāpātakasaṃcayaḥ
Nachdem man das dreifache Prāṇāyāma vollzogen hat, soll man die Gāyatrī in rechter Weise rezitieren. Selbst wer von einer Ansammlung großer Sünden belastet ist, wird gereinigt, wenn er sie auf eben diese Weise wiederholt.
