The Establishment of Vāmana at Kānyakubja and the Sanctification of Setu

दृष्ट्वा मां शरणान्वेषी भीतो लक्ष्मणमाश्रितः । सुग्रीवेणानुनीतोऽस्मि क्षम्यतां राघव त्वया

dṛṣṭvā māṃ śaraṇānveṣī bhīto lakṣmaṇamāśritaḥ | sugrīveṇānunīto'smi kṣamyatāṃ rāghava tvayā

Als ich dich erblickte, von Furcht erfüllt und nach Zuflucht suchend, nahm ich bei Lakṣmaṇa Schutz. Von Sugrīva hierher gebracht, bitte ich dich, o Rāghava: vergib mir.
