The Account and Merit of Śivadūtī

with the Nāga-tīrtha at Puṣkara

नश्यंति तूरगैर्दष्टा मनुष्याः पशवस्तथा । यस्मान्मत्प्रभवान्नित्यं क्षयं नयथ मानुषान्

naśyaṃti tūragairdaṣṭā manuṣyāḥ paśavastathā | yasmānmatprabhavānnityaṃ kṣayaṃ nayatha mānuṣān

Menschen und ebenso Tiere gehen zugrunde, wenn sie von den Tūraga gebissen werden; darum, da ihr stets aus mir hervorgeht, führt ihr die Menschen fortwährend dem Verderben zu.
