वैष्णवानि च सामानि चतुर्भिः सामवेदिभिः । एवं द्वादश वै विप्रान्वस्त्रमाल्यानुलेपनैः

vaiṣṇavāni ca sāmāni caturbhiḥ sāmavedibhiḥ | evaṃ dvādaśa vai viprānvastramālyānulepanaiḥ

Und (es wurden) vaiṣṇavische und sāmanische Hymnen von vier Priestern des Sāmaveda rezitiert; so wurden wahrlich die zwölf Brāhmaṇas mit Gewändern, Blumengirlanden und duftenden Salben geehrt.
