सप्तरात्रोषितो दद्याद्घृतकुंभं द्विजातये । वरव्रतमिदं प्राहुर्ब्रह्मलोकफलप्रदम्

saptarātroṣito dadyādghṛtakuṃbhaṃ dvijātaye | varavratamidaṃ prāhurbrahmalokaphalapradam

Nachdem man dieses Gelübde sieben Nächte lang gehalten hat, soll man einem Dvijāta, dem »Zweimalgeborenen«, einen Krug Ghee darbringen. Dies wird als vortreffliches Gelübde verkündet, das die Frucht verleiht, Brahmās Welt zu erlangen.
