Vrata–Dāna Compendium at Puṣkara: Puṣpavāhana’s Account and the Ṣaṣṭhī-vrata Purification Rite

कृत्वा समांते सौवर्णं विष्णोः पदमवाप्नुयात् । एतत्कृष्णव्रतं नाम कल्पांते राज्यलाभकृत्

kṛtvā samāṃte sauvarṇaṃ viṣṇoḥ padamavāpnuyāt | etatkṛṣṇavrataṃ nāma kalpāṃte rājyalābhakṛt

Hat man es vollendet, soll man am Ende des Gelübdes eine goldene Gabe darbringen und so die Wohnstatt Viṣṇus erlangen. Dies heißt Kṛṣṇa-vrata; am Ende eines Kalpa wird es zur Ursache königlicher Herrschaft und Glücks.
