The Greatness of Hari’s Janmāṣṭamī (Jayantī) Vow
इति तेभ्यः स्तुतिं श्रुत्वा प्रत्युवाच जनार्द्दनः । देवान्क्लिष्टमुखान्सर्वान्भवद्भिरागतं कथम्
iti tebhyaḥ stutiṃ śrutvā pratyuvāca janārddanaḥ | devānkliṣṭamukhānsarvānbhavadbhirāgataṃ katham
Nachdem Janārdana ihren Lobgesang vernommen hatte, erwiderte er: „Wie kommt es, dass ihr alle, o Götter, mit von Kummer gezeichneten Gesichtern hierher gekommen seid?“
