The Aśūnyaśayana Vow: Expiation, Viṣṇu’s Theophany, and Liberation for Divyā Devī

विष्णुरुवाच । तस्मात्सा हि प्रजग्राह संस्थिता निर्जने वने । सर्वद्वंद्वविनिर्मुक्ता संजाता तपसि स्थिता

viṣṇuruvāca | tasmātsā hi prajagrāha saṃsthitā nirjane vane | sarvadvaṃdvavinirmuktā saṃjātā tapasi sthitā

Viṣṇu sprach: Darum nahm sie es wahrlich an; und, in einem einsamen Wald verweilend, wurde sie von allen Gegensatzpaaren frei. Dann widmete sie sich der Askese und blieb darin gefestigt.
