The Bestowal of Boons upon Aṅga
आविर्भूयाब्रवीद्देवो वरं वरय मानद । तं च दृष्ट्वा हृषीकेशमंगः परम निर्वृतः
āvirbhūyābravīddevo varaṃ varaya mānada | taṃ ca dṛṣṭvā hṛṣīkeśamaṃgaḥ parama nirvṛtaḥ
Vor ihm offenbar geworden, sprach der Herr: „Wähle eine Gabe, o Ehrwürdiger.“ Und als Aṅga Hṛṣīkeśa erblickte, wurde er von höchster Freude und tiefem Frieden erfüllt.
