तस्य कर्तुर्नियोगेन संसारो येन वर्धितः संसारस्य कुतो वृद्धिः सर्वे स्युर्यदतिग्रहाः //

Transliteration

tasya karturniyogena saṃsāro yena vardhitaḥ saṃsārasya kuto vṛddhiḥ sarve syuryadatigrahāḥ //

Translation

Durch die Anordnung jenes Täters (des höchsten Wirkenden) heißt es, der Saṃsāra „weite sich aus“. Doch wie könnte der Saṃsāra wahrhaft wachsen? Würde er wirklich zunehmen, so gerieten alle Wesen in Übermaß, überfließend jenseits jedes Maßes.
