Matsya Purana — Navagraha Sacrifice for Planetary Pacification and Prosperity

होतव्यं च घृताभ्यक्तं चरुभक्षादिकं पुनः मन्त्रैर्दशाहुतीर्हुत्वा होमं व्याहृतिभिस्ततः //

hotavyaṃ ca ghṛtābhyaktaṃ carubhakṣādikaṃ punaḥ mantrairdaśāhutīrhutvā homaṃ vyāhṛtibhistataḥ //

Und wiederum soll man in das Feuer die mit Ghee bestrichenen Opfergaben darbringen, zusammen mit caru (gekochtem Reis) und anderen essbaren Gaben. Nachdem man mit den vorgeschriebenen Mantras zehn Opfergaben dargebracht hat, vollziehe man sodann das Homa mit den vyāhṛtis (heiligen Ausrufen).
