Adhyaya 76 — The Sixth Manvantara: Cakshusha Manu, the Child-Snatcher, and the Problem of Kinship
स्वार्थो मया परित्यक्तो यस्त्वत्तो मे भविष्यति ।
इत्युक्त्वा सा तमुत्सृज्य निष्क्रान्ता सूतिकागृहात् ॥
svārtho mayā parityakto yastvatto me bhaviṣyati / ityuktvā sā tamutsṛjya niṣkrāntā sūtikāgṛhāt
„Welchen persönlichen Gewinn ich auch von dir hätte haben können, ich habe ihn aufgegeben.“ So sprechend ließ sie ihn los und ging aus der Wochenstube hinaus.
