Adhyaya 62 — The Fire-God Enters the Brahmin Youth; Varuthini’s Love-Sickness and Kali’s Disguise
वरूथिन्युवाच
एवं भवतु भद्रन्ते यथेच्छसि तथास्तु तत् ।
मया सर्वप्रकारं हि वशे स्थेयं तवाधुना ॥
varūthiny uvāca evaṃ bhavatu bhadrante yathecchasi tathāstu tat / mayā sarva-prakāraṃ hi vaśe stheyaṃ tavādhunā
Varūthinī sprach: „So sei es, o Edler; wie du es begehrst, so geschehe es. Wahrlich, von nun an werde ich in jeder Hinsicht unter deiner Gewalt bleiben.“
