Adhyaya 58The Kurma-Form of Narayana: Mapping Bharata through Nakshatras, Regions, and Planetary Afflictions

प्रयतानां मनुष्याणां ग्रहर्क्षोत्थान्यशेषतः ।

एष कूर्मो मया ख्यातो भारते भगवान् विभुः ॥

prayatānāṃ manuṣyāṇāṃ graharkṣotthānyaśeṣataḥ / eṣa kūrmo mayā khyāto bhārate bhagavān vibhuḥ

Für die Eifrigen habe ich die Wirkungen, die aus den Planeten und den Mondhäusern (Nakṣatra) hervorgehen, vollständig dargelegt. So habe ich in Bhārata diesen mächtigen Herrn, die Schildkröte (Kūrma), beschrieben.
