Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
आपिबेयुस्तथा वायुं पिबेद्योगी जितश्रमः ।
प्राङ्नाभ्यां हृदये चात्र तृतीये च तथोरसि ॥
āpibeyus tathā vāyuṃ pibed yogī jitaśramaḥ / prāṅ-nābhyāṃ hṛdaye cātra tṛtīye ca tathorasi //
So soll auch der Yogin, nachdem er die Ermüdung überwunden hat, den Atem «trinken». (Er soll ihn festhalten) in der Gegend vor dem Nabel, im Herzen und hier am dritten Ort, ebenso in der Brust.
