Adhyaya 35Madālasa’s Instruction on Purity, Impurity, and Corrective Rites (Śauca and Aśauca)

प्रभूतोपहतात् अन्नात् अग्रं उद्धृत्य सन्त्यजेत् ।

शेषस्य प्रोक्षणं कुर्याद् आचम्यादिभस् तथा मृदा ॥

prabhūtopahatād annād agraṃ uddhṛtya santyajet | śeṣasya prokṣaṇaṃ kuryād ācāmyādi-bhas tathā mṛdā ||

Von Speise, die stark verunreinigt wurde, soll man den obersten bzw. am meisten betroffenen Teil herausnehmen und wegwerfen. Den Rest besprenge man mit Wasser, vollziehe dann ācamana und die übrigen Reinigungsakte und reinige mit Erde, wie vorgeschrieben.
