Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati

The Purāṇic middle path: neither fatalism nor egoistic self-sufficiency. One must act fully; results mature through a conjunction of effort and providential order.
Didactic teaching within narrative (Ākhyāna/Upadeśa); not directly sarga etc.
Daiva can be read as the unseen karmic momentum and cosmic timing; pauruṣa is present-moment sādhana. Siddhi arises when both align.
