Arjuna–Duryodhana Engagement and Admonition
यत् त्वया कथितं पूर्व मामनासाद्य किंचन । तदद्य कुरु राधेय कुरुमध्ये मया सह,राधानन्दन! मेरे साथ भिड़न्त होनेके पहले कौरवोंकी सभामें तूने जो कुछ कहा है, आज मेरे साथ युद्ध करके वह सब सत्य कर दिखा
yat tvayā kathitaṃ pūrvaṃ mām anāsādya kiñcana | tad adya kuru rādheya kurumadhye mayā saha ||
Arjuna sprach: „Was immer du einst in der Versammlung der Kurus verkündet hast, ohne mir auch nur gegenüberzutreten—mache es heute wahr, o Sohn der Rādhā, indem du hier inmitten der Kurus mit mir kämpfst.“
