नैषो<न्तरेण राजानं बीभत्सु: स्थातुमिच्छति । तस्य पार्ष्णि ग्रहीष्यामो जवेनाभिप्रयास्थयत:,'ये अर्जुन राजा दुर्योधनके बिना ठहरना नहीं चाहते, इसलिये उधर ही बड़े वेगसे जा रहे हैं। अत: हमलोग शीघ्र चलकर इनका पीछा करें

vaiśampāyana uvāca: naiṣo 'ntareṇa rājānaṃ bībhatsuḥ sthātum icchati | tasya pārṣṇi grahīṣyāmo javena abhiprayāsthayataḥ ||

Dieser Bībhatsu (Arjuna) will nicht einmal einen Augenblick ohne den König verweilen. Da er mit großer Geschwindigkeit voranstürmt, lasst uns rasch nachsetzen und ihn einholen.
