द्रौपद्याः भीमसेन-प्रबोधनम्
Draupadī Awakens Bhīmasena
क्व नु तेषाममर्षश्न वीर्य तेजश्न वर्तते । न परीप्सन्ति ये भार्या वध्यमानां दुरात्मना,“आज उनका अमर्ष, पराक्रम और तेज कहाँ है? जो एक दुरात्माकी मार खाती हुई अपनी पत्नीकी रक्षा नहीं करते हैं
kva nu teṣām amarṣaś ca vīryaṁ tejaś ca vartate | na parīpsanti ye bhāryāṁ vadhyamānāṁ durātmanā ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Wo sind nun ihr Zorn über das Unrecht, ihre Tapferkeit und ihr Glanz? Denn sie bemühen sich nicht einmal, die eigene Gattin zu schützen, während ein ruchloser Mann sie misshandelt.“
