दमयन्त्याः व्याकुलता — स्वयंवरसंनिपातः — देवदूतयाचनम्

देवपुत्रौ महाभागौ देवराजसमझ्ुती | नकुल: सहदेवश्न पाण्डवौ युद्धदुर्मदौ,'देवपुत्र महाभाग नकुल-सहदेव देवराज इन्द्रके समान तेजस्वी हैं। वे दोनों ही पाण्डव युद्धमें प्रचण्ड हैं

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | devaputrau mahābhāgau devarājasamadyutī | nakulaḥ sahadevaś ca pāṇḍavau yuddhadurmadau ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Die beiden Göttersöhne, hochbegünstigt und strahlend wie Indra, der Herr der Devas — Nakula und Sahadeva —, jene Pāṇḍava-Brüder, waren im Toben der Schlacht wild und ohne Zügel.
