विदितं तेन शीलं ते सर्वस्य जगतस्तथा । यथा त्वं भिक्षित: सद्भिर्ददास्थेव न याचसे,“तुम्हारी दानशीलताका उन्हें ज्ञान है तथा सम्पूर्ण जगत्को तुम्हारे इस नियमका पता है कि किसी सत्पुरुषके माँगनेपर तुम उसकी अभीष्ट वस्तु देते ही हो, उससे कुछ माँगते नहीं हो
viditaṃ tena śīlaṃ te sarvasya jagatas tathā | yathā tvaṃ bhikṣitaḥ sadbhir dadāstheva na yācase ||
