The verse models disciplined inquiry: even a powerful warrior approaches an unknown being with respectful questioning, grounding the encounter in dharma and social responsibility rather than aggression.
In the forest episode, Bhima meets a mysterious figure in a monkey’s form and challenges him with questions—asking his identity and purpose—while identifying himself as a Kshatriya who has the duty to investigate such a situation.
