मैत्रेयागमनम् — The Arrival of Maitreya and the Admonition to Duryodhana
अथ तां राक्षसीं मायामुत्थितां घोरदर्शनाम् । रक्षोघ्नैविविधैर्मन्त्रैधौम्य: सम्यक्प्रयोजितै:
atha tāṁ rākṣasīṁ māyām utthitāṁ ghoradarśanām | rakṣoghnaiḥ vividhair mantraiḥ dhaumyaḥ samyak prayojitaiḥ ||
Dann erhob sich jene rākṣasīhafte Täuschung, von schauriger, furchterregender Gestalt. Doch Dhaumya, der verschiedene rākṣasa-vernichtende Mantras ordnungsgemäß angewandt hatte, setzte ihr wirksam entgegen—und zeigte, wie diszipliniertes heiliges Wissen dazu dient, den Dharma gegen trügerische, schädliche Kräfte zu schützen.
