एतदू विधाय वै सर्व देवारहमतिमानुषम्‌ । आचर्ख्यौ धृतराष्ट्राय राजा दुर्योधनस्तदा,मनुष्योंके लिये अत्यन्त दुर्लभ यह सब देवोचित व्यवस्था करके राजा दुर्योधनने धृतराष्ट्रको इसकी सूचना दे दी

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

etad u vidhāya vai sarvaṃ devārham atimānuṣam |

ācarkhyau dhṛtarāṣṭrāya rājā duryodhanas tadā ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Nachdem er so alles in einer Weise geordnet hatte, die der Götter würdig war—etwas, das für Menschen überaus selten und kaum erreichbar ist—berichtete König Duryodhana dies alles daraufhin Dhṛtarāṣṭra.
