Reconciling Contingency and Human Effort
उत वा मां न जानासि प्लवन् हृद इवाप्लवे
uta vā māṃ na jānāsi plavan hṛda ivāplave
Oder erkennst du mich nicht—wie ein Schwimmer im Fluss, der, wenn er keine Furt findet, dennoch weiterdrängen muss? Bhīmas Worte tragen eine scharfe moralische Herausforderung: In einer Krise ohne leichten Übergang darf man sich nicht unwissend stellen oder Verantwortung meiden, sondern muss der Lage mit Mut und Klarheit begegnen.
