Amba approaches the Paraśurāma context; Hotravāhana’s counsel and Akṛtavraṇa’s report (अम्बोपाख्यानम्—रामदर्शनप्रसङ्गः)
परशुरामजी सदा पर्वतश्रेष्ठ महेन्द्रपर रहा करते हैं। वहाँ वेदवेत्ता महर्षि, गन्धर्व तथा अप्सराओंका भी निवास है
Paraśurāmaḥ sadā parvataśreṣṭhe Mahendre parvata āste. Tatra vedavidaḥ maharṣayaḥ gandharvāś ca apsarasaś ca api nivasanti.
Hotravāhana sprach: „Paraśurāma weilt beständig auf dem Berg Mahendra, dem vornehmsten der Berge. In jener heiligen Gegend wohnen auch große, der Veden kundige Seher, ebenso Gandharvas und Apsaras.“
