अग्निस्तुति, इन्द्रदर्शन, नहुष-भयवर्णन

Agni-hymn, discovery of Indra, and the Nahuṣa threat

कृत्वा तुभ्यं नमो विप्रा: स्वकर्मविजितां गतिम्‌ । गच्छन्ति सह पत्नीभि: सुतैरपि च शाश्वतीम्‌,ब्राह्यगलोग आपकी पूजा और वन्दना करके अपनी पत्नियों तथा पुत्रोंक साथ अपने कर्माद्वारा प्राप्त चिरस्थायी स्वर्गीय सुख लाभ करते हैं

kṛtvā tubhyaṃ namo viprāḥ svakarmavijitāṃ gatiṃ | gacchanti saha patnībhiḥ sutair api ca śāśvatīm ||

Nachdem sie dir ehrfürchtige Huldigung dargebracht haben, gelangen die Brāhmaṇas — durch das Verdienst, das sie im Vollzug ihrer eigenen vorgeschriebenen Pflichten erringen — zu einem dauerhaften Zustand der Seligkeit und schreiten dorthin mit ihren Frauen und sogar mit ihren Söhnen.

Śalya states that brāhmaṇas, after paying homage to the person being addressed, proceed to an enduring blessed destination gained through their own meritorious duties—so complete that they are said to go together with their families.
