ते त्वां प्रियं करिष्यन्ति पुरो धास्यन्ति च ध्रुवम् । तू उन्हें अग्रिम वेतन दे दिया कर। प्रतिदिन प्रातःकाल सोकर उठ जा और सबके साथ प्रिय वचन बोल। ऐसा करनेसे वे अवश्य तेरा प्रिय करेंगे और निश्चय ही तुझे अपना अगुआ बना लेंगे
Transliteration
te tvāṃ priyaṃ kariṣyanti puro dhāsyanti ca dhruvam |
Translation
Gewiss werden sie dich liebgewinnen, und ebenso gewiss werden sie dich an die Spitze stellen als ihren Führer. Darum gib ihnen den Lohn im Voraus zur rechten Zeit; steh jeden Morgen nach dem Schlaf auf und sprich zu allen freundliche Worte. Tust du dies, werden sie dich unfehlbar schätzen und dich ohne Zweifel zum Anführer erheben.
