लब्ध्वा वरं तु सुमुख: सुमुख: सम्बभूव ह । कृतदारो यथाकामं॑ जगाम च गृहान् प्रति,इन्द्रका वर पाकर सुमुखका मुख प्रसन्नतासे खिल उठा। वह विवाह करके इच्छानुसार अपने घरको चला गया
labdhvā varaṃ tu sumukhaḥ sumukhaḥ sambabhūva ha | kṛtadāro yathākāmaṃ jagāma ca gṛhān prati ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana sprach: Nachdem Sumukha die Gabe erlangt hatte, wurde er wahrhaft strahlend und froh. Er nahm sich eine Gattin und kehrte, wie er es wünschte, in sein Haus zurück.
