अवश्यभावी सम्प्राप्त: स्वभावाल्लोमहर्षण: । इदं तत्‌ समनुप्राप्तं विदुरस्य वचो महत्‌

Transliteration

avaśyabhāvī samprāptaḥ svabhāvāllomaharṣaṇaḥ | idaṃ tat samanuprāptaṃ vidurasya vaco mahat ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Was geschehen musste, ist nun geschehen—aus der Kraft seiner eigenen Natur ist es haarsträubend. Genau dieses Ergebnis ist eingetroffen und hat den großen Rat erfüllt, den Vidura einst aussprach.“
