क्रोधजानि तथोग्राणि कामजानि तथैव च । दशोक्तानि कुरुश्रेष्ठ व्यसनान्यत्र चैव ह,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! क्रोध और कामसे उत्पन्न होनेवाले जो यहाँ दस प्रकारके भयंकर व्यसन हैं, उनका भी इस ग्रन्थमें उल्लेख है इति श्रीमहाभारते शान्तिपर्वणि राजधर्मानुशासनपर्वणि सूत्रा ध्याये एकोनषष्टितमो5 ध्याय: इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत राजधमनिशासनपर्वमें सूत्राध्ययाविषयक उनसठवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

krodhajāni tathogrāṇi kāmajāni tathaiva ca | daśoktāni kuruśreṣṭha vyasanāny atra caiva ha ||

Bhishma sprach: „O Bester der Kurus, die zehn schrecklichen Laster, die aus Zorn entstehen, und ebenso jene, die aus Begierde entstehen, werden hier ebenfalls beschrieben.“
