Da, von Brahmanen umgeben, die Segensworte spenden wollten, erstrahlte er in besonderem Glanz—wie der makellose Mond, von einer Schar von Sternen umringt.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Righteous kingship is strengthened by the goodwill and blessings of the learned and virtuous; moral authority and social harmony are portrayed as arising when rulers are aligned with dharma and honored by brāhmaṇas.
Vaiśampāyana describes the king (contextually Yudhiṣṭhira) being surrounded by brāhmaṇas eager to pronounce blessings, and compares his radiance in that assembly to the pure moon encircled by stars.
