सांख्यं च योगं च सनातने द्वे वेदाश्न सर्वे नेखिलेन राजन् | सर्वे: समस्तैर्ऋषिभिर्निरुक्तो नारायणो विश्वमिदं पुराणम्
Transliteration
sāṅkhyaṃ ca yogaṃ ca sanātane dve vedāśna sarve nekhilena rājan | sarvaiḥ samastair ṛṣibhir nirukto nārāyaṇo viśvam idaṃ purāṇam |
Translation
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O König, Sāṅkhya und Yoga sind die zwei ewigen Wege; und alle Veden nehmen in ihrer Gesamtheit an ihnen teil. Und von allen Weisen gemeinsam ist verkündet worden: Nārāyaṇa ist dieses ganze uralte Universum selbst.“
