Atithi-satkāra and the Consolation of Wise Counsel (अतिथिसत्कारः प्रज्ञानवचनस्य च पराश्वासनम्)
वेगेन महता पार्थ पतन्नारायणोरसि
vegena mahatā pārtha patannārāyaṇorasi
„O Pārtha, mit gewaltiger Geschwindigkeit stürzte er auf die Brust Nārāyaṇas.“ Die Zeile betont den unwiderstehlichen Schwung einer schicksalhaften Begegnung: Selbst der Sturz des Mächtigen wird am Höchsten gemessen; und Kraft und Hast, wenn sie nicht vom rechten Verständnis gelenkt werden, enden in einem demütigenden Zusammenprall mit einer höheren Ordnung.
