तथैव च शुकस्तत्र निर्मन्यु: समतिष्ठत । न चातपाध्वसंतप्त: क्षुत्पिपासाश्रमान्वित:
Translation
Ebenso stand Śuka dort unbewegt, ohne Zorn und ohne Gram im Herzen. Weder die Mühsal des Weges noch die Glut der Sonne setzten ihm zu; auch Hunger und Durst vermochten ihn nicht zu quälen.
