कपिलगोसंवादे गृहस्थ-त्यागधर्मयोः प्रमाण्यविचारः

कदाचिद् दिवसान् पज्च समुत्पत्य विहड्भमा: । षछ्ेडहनि समाजम्मुर्न चाकम्पत जाजलि:,कभी-कभी वे विहंगम उड़कर पाँच-पाँच दिनतक बाहर ही रह जाते और छठे दिन वहाँ लौटते थे, तबतक भी जाजलि मुनि हिले-डुले नहीं
kadācid divasān pañca samutpatya vihaṅgamāḥ | ṣaṣṭhe 'hani samāgamya na cākampata jājaliḥ ||
Bhīṣma sprach: „Mitunter erhoben sich die Vögel und blieben bis zu fünf Tage fort. Kehrten sie am sechsten Tag dorthin zurück, so rührte sich der Weise Jājali nicht im Geringsten—ein Zeichen unerschütterlicher Standhaftigkeit und disziplinierter Ausdauer in seiner Übung.“
