Kośa, Bala, and Maryādā: Treasury, Capacity, and Enforceable Limits (कोश-बल-मर्यादा)
बीजं भक्तेन सम्पाद्यमिति धर्मविदो विदु: । अन्रैतच्छम्बरस्याहुर्महामायस्य दर्शनम्
bījaṃ bhaktena sampādyam iti dharmavido viduḥ | anṛtaicchambarasyāhur mahāmāyasya darśanam |
Bhishma sprach: Die Kenner des Dharma halten dafür, dass man Saatkorn mit hingebungsvoller Sorgfalt sichern soll—es selbst aus den eigenen Nahrungsvorräten zurücklegend. Auch die berühmte Ansicht, die man Śambara, dem großen Meister der Māyā unter den Asura, zuschreibt, soll ebenso lauten: Bewahre die Saat, denn sie schützt die künftige Nahrung und die Kontinuität des Lebens.
