मयूरवद्राजधर्मः (Mayūra-vat Rāja-dharma) — The Peacock-Model of Protective Kingship
कर्मस्विहानुरूपेषु न््यस्या भृत्या यथाविधि । प्रतिलोम॑ न भृत्यास्ते स्थाप्या: कर्मफलैषिणा
karmasv ihānurūpeṣu nyasyā bhṛtyā yathāvidhi | pratilomaṁ na bhṛtyās te sthāpyāḥ karmaphalaiṣiṇā ||
Bhishma sprach: „Hier sollen Diener — nach rechter Vorschrift — Aufgaben erhalten, die ihrer Fähigkeit und Natur entsprechen. Wer auf Ergebnisse bedacht ist, darf Diener nicht in ‚verkehrte‘ oder unpassende Rollen setzen; denn eine solche Fehlzuweisung verletzt die rechte Ordnung und führt zu mangelhaften Früchten.“
