यतो रुद्रस्ततः स्कन्दो जगामाद्भुतदर्शन: । विशाखस्तु ययौ येन देवी गिरिवरात्मजा

Transliteration

yato rudras tataḥ skando jagāmādbhuta-darśanaḥ | viśākhas tu yayau yena devī girivarātmajā ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Wohin Rudra ging, dorthin zog auch Skanda, von wunderbarer Erscheinung. Und Viśākha nahm denselben Pfad, den die Göttin, die berggeborene Tochter, gegangen war.
