Trita in the Well (Udapāna-kathā) — Balarāma’s Tīrtha Observances

हेतुना तु महाभागा निवर्तिष्यति केनचित्‌ । उनके ऐसा कहनेपर प्रजापति दक्ष देवताओंसे इस प्रकार बोले--“महाभाग देवगण! मेरी बात पलटी नहीं जा सकती। किसी विशेष कारणसे वह स्वतः निवृत्त हो जायगी ।।

hetunā tu mahābhāgā nivartiṣyati kenacit |

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O Glückselige, aus einem besonderen Grund wird sie von selbst zurückweichen.“
