apakrānte tatastasmindroṇaputre mahārathe

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: Als sich darauf Droṇas Sohn—der große Wagenkämpfer—von jenem Ort zurückgezogen hatte, wandelte sich die Lage und bereitete den Boden für das, was in der düsteren Nachwirkung der Nacht folgen sollte.
