इमां चेदापदं घोरां तराम्यद्य सुदुष्कराम्‌ । सर्वभूतोपहारेण यक्ष्येडहं शुचिना शुचिम्‌,यदि मैं आज इस अत्यन्त दुष्कर और भयंकर विपत्तिसे पार पा जाऊँ तो मैं सर्वभूतमय पवित्र उपहार समर्पित करके आप परम पावन परमेश्वरकी पूजा करूँगा

Transliteration

imāṁ ced āpadaṁ ghorāṁ tarāmy adya suduṣkarām | sarvabhūtopahāreṇa yakṣye 'haṁ śucinā śucim ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „Wenn ich heute diese schreckliche Not—so überaus schwer zu überwinden—zu überschreiten vermag, dann will ich mit reinem Herzen den Allerreinsten Herrn verehren und eine geweihte Gabe darbringen, die alle Wesen umfasst.“
