Book 2, Chapter 35
इदं व: सुमहच्चैव यदिहास्ति धनं मम । प्रणयन्तु भवन्तो मां यथेष्टमभिमन्त्रिता:,यहाँ मेरा जो यह महान् धन है, उसे आपलोग मेरी प्रार्थना मानकर इच्छानुसार सत्कर्मोमें लगाइये
idaṃ vaḥ sumahac caiva yad ihāsti dhanaṃ mama | praṇayantu bhavanto māṃ yatheṣṭam abhimāntritāḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Dieses große Vermögen, das hier mein ist, biete ich euch dar. Ihr, die ihr ehrerbietig eingeladen wurdet, nehmt mich in Wohlwollen an und verwendet diesen Reichtum, wie es euch gut dünkt, zu rechtschaffenen Zwecken gemäß dem Dharma.“
