tāṁstu bhallair mahāvegair daśabhir daśa bhāratān

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: Mit zehn breitköpfigen Pfeilen von gewaltiger Schnelligkeit streckte er zehn Bhārata-Krieger nieder—ein Bild der unerbittlichen Präzision der Schlacht, in der kriegerische Kunst ohne Unterlass eingesetzt wird und Leben zu Zahlen im Getriebe des Krieges werden.
