Educational Q&A

Even when one’s side is being overwhelmed, steadfast courage and clarity of purpose are presented as essential warrior-virtues; fearlessness is shown not as recklessness but as firmness in the face of adversity.

Sañjaya reports that the Pañcāla forces are being pressed by their enemies; at that moment a fearless warrior raises a loud battle-cry, signaling resistance and rallying spirit amid the crisis.
