Transliteration

tām āpatantīṁ sahasā dharmarājaḥ śitaiḥ śaraiḥ

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: Als sie plötzlich heranstürzte, begegnete Dharmarāja (Yudhiṣṭhira) ihr mit scharfen, rasiermesserscharfen Pfeilen—ein Bild dafür, wie im Wirrwarr des Krieges selbst schnelle, dringliche Vorstöße mit entschlossener Gewalt beantwortet werden, nicht mit Zurückhaltung.
