Sañjaya sprach: Karṇa, der König von Aṅga, schleuderte achthundert tomara-Speere auf Nakula, gleißend wie Sonnenstrahlen. Doch Nakula zerschnitt jeden Speer in drei Stücke.
संजय उवाच
Even in war, excellence is shown not merely by aggression but by mastery and restraint—skill guided by composure. Nakula’s precise counteraction exemplifies disciplined valor within kṣatriya-dharma.
Karṇa launches a massive volley of eight hundred spears at Nakula. Nakula responds with superior precision, cutting each incoming spear into three parts, neutralizing the attack.
